Als Haustechniker (mwd) sind Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Pflege und Instandhaltung aller zu unserer Anlage gehörenden Gebäude, Grundstücke sowie der haustechnischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen, im Einzelnen z. B.
  • Erfahrung bei Reparaturen der Kältetechnik
  • diverse Arbeiten in der Haustechnik (je nach Qualifikation)
  • Verrichtung von handwerklichen Tätigkeiten im Innenbereich (je nach Qualifikation)
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Außenanlagen
  • Kontrolle und Lagerung eingegangener Waren
  • Übernahme von Boten- und Transportdiensten
  • fachgerechte Trennung und Entsorgung von Müll
