Lincherie is een Nederlandse luxe-lingerie-keten die door de Nederlandse vrouwen verkozen werd tot beste lingeriewinkel van het land. Lincherie staat voor een unieke paskamer-service die een persoonlijke aanpak combineert met een mooi aanbod aan luxemerken. In Nederland zijn er momenteel 35 Lincherie filialen waar je wordt geholpen door speciaal opgeleide Lingerie Stylistes.

Word jij onze nieuwe Styling Ambassadeur? Bij ons draait alles om zelfvertrouwen, vakmanschap en een high-end service. Wij verkopen geen lingerie; wij creëren een unieke feel-good ervaring voor elke klant die onze boetiek in Amsterdam Beethovenstraat binnenstapt. Als Assistent boetiek Manager ben jij het gezicht van de winkel én de rechterhand van de Store Manager. Samen tillen jullie de winkel en het team naar een hoger niveau.

Jouw rol in de boetiek

  • Premium Styling: Je geeft oprecht advies in de paskamer. Je kijkt verder dan de maat; je matcht lingerie met de stijl, huidtint en persoonlijkheid van de klant.
  • Team Coach: Je staat zelf op de vloer en inspireert het team door het goede voorbeeld te geven. Je coacht je collega's op styling en service.
  • Business Partner: Samen met de Store Manager stuur je op winkeldoelen. Je denkt commercieel mee over presentatie en lokale marketing.
  • Winkelorganisatie: Je helpt mee met de backoffice, van een efficiënte planning tot een vlekkeloze voorraadadministratie.

  • Servicegericht: Je hebt een passie voor premium retail en maakt écht verbinding met mensen.
  • Commercieel & Initiatiefrijk: Je ziet kansen om de omzet te verhogen en de klantbeleving te verbeteren.
  • Ervaring of Ambitie: Je hebt ervaring in de (fashion) retail, óf je volgt een relevante opleiding en bent klaar voor deze managementstap.
  • Flexibel: Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (ook in de weekenden) en woont in de omgeving van Amsterdam
