Deine Rolle – Leadership auf Augenhöhe

Du führst den Store nicht nur operativ, sondern emotional. Du inspirierst dein Team, entwickelst Talente und schaffst eine Atmosphäre, in der Frauen sich wohlfühlen – Kundinnen wie Mitarbeiterinnen. Du bist präsent, klar, lösungsorientiert und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für dein Team. Wenn es brennt, schaltest du in deinen Feuerlöscher‑Modus: schnell, souverän, ohne Eskalation.

Daily Operations – Retail Excellence in Freiburg

  • Du verantwortest die gesamte Store‑Performance und stellst sicher, dass unsere Marken PrimaDonna, Marie Jo und Sarda stets perfekt präsentiert werden.
  • Du steuerst alle täglichen Abläufe, optimierst Prozesse und sorgst für eine reibungslose Customer Journey.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Field Operations Manager Süd zusammen, um Standards, Visual Guidelines und Marketingaktivierungen umzusetzen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Produkte vollständig, korrekt ausgezeichnet und nach VM‑Guidelines präsentiert sind.
  • Du überwachst Bestände, organisierst Stock Counts und stellst vorgegebene Preisänderungen sicher.

KPI‑Management – Performance mit Wirkung

  • Du analysierst KPIs wie Conversion, UPT, ATS und Traffic.
  • Du leitest Maßnahmen ab, die Deinen Store sichtbar nach vorne bringen.
  • Du arbeitest datenbasiert, klar und zielorientiert.

People Leadership – Empowering Teams

  • Du rekrutierst neue Teammitglieder und findest Persönlichkeiten, die unsere Marken verkörpern.
  • Du coachst, entwickelst und motivierst dein Team – immer auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du führst regelmäßige Feedback‑Gespräche und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem jede Stimme zählt.

Digital Retail – Modern & Connected

  • Du arbeitest mit modernen Tools wie Shiftbase, erstellst Dienstpläne transparent, digital um diese für dein Team zu jederzeit mobil verfügbar zu machen.
  • Du nutzt digitale Kommunikation, um dein Team jederzeit informiert und eingebunden zu halten.
  • Du bringst Social‑Media‑Affinität mit und setzt Events, Aktionen an Deinem POS und Store‑Momente sichtbar in Szene und erreichst so mehr Reichweite.

Business Development – Sichtbarkeit & Wachstum

  • Du erkennst lokale Chancen in Freiburg und baust Kooperationen, Events und Aktionen auf, die neue Kundinnen begeistern.
  • Du repräsentierst unsere Marken als starke Brand Ambassador – modern, selbstbewusst, inspirierend.

Dein Profil – Was dich ausmacht

Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Store Managerin oder Assistant Store Managerin im Premium‑ oder Fashion‑Retail

Leidenschaft für Beratung, Teamführung und Kundinnen‑Erlebnisse

KPI‑Stärke und ein klares Verständnis für Retail‑Performance
