Você será responsável por apoiar as rotinas de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal, executando os processos de admissão, controle de ponto, férias, afastamentos, rescisões e benefícios, além de auxiliar no recrutamento e na integração de colaboradores, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações legais, a organização da documentação e a confidencialidade das informações de pessoas.

Principais atividades:

  • Admissão e cadastro de colaboradores: receber e conferir a documentação de candidatos e novos colaboradores, realizar o cadastro no sistema, providenciar contrato, exames admissionais e demais registros legais, e manter atualizados os dados cadastrais.
  • Controle de ponto e apoio à folha de pagamento: conferir o controle de jornada, faltas, atrasos, horas extras e atestados, lançar eventos e informações para a folha de pagamento e apoiar a conferência dos cálculos e o fechamento mensal.
  • Férias, afastamentos e desligamentos: controlar os períodos de férias, afastamentos e licenças, e preparar a documentação e os procedimentos de rescisão e desligamento, incluindo exame demissional.
  • Benefícios e obrigações legais: administrar benefícios como assistência médica, valerefeição e vale-transporte, e acompanhar os prazos das obrigações trabalhistas e previdenciárias, como eSocial, FGTS e exames ocupacionais.
  • Recrutamento, seleção e integração: apoiar a divulgação de vagas, a triagem de currículos e o agendamento de entrevistas, e auxiliar na integração dos novos colaboradores.
  • Atendimento ao colaborador e organização da documentação: esclarecer dúvidas sobre rotinas de RH e DP, emitir declarações e documentos, arquivar prontuários e registros de forma organizada e zelar pela confidencialidade das informações.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em RH, Departamento Pessoal ou área administrativa.
  • Conhecimento básico de rotinas de RH (admissão, ponto, benefícios ou R&S).
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e senso de prioridade.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de legislação trabalhista, Excel e sistemas de folha de pagamento e ponto.
  • Dispobibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial (seg a sex)

Diferenciais:

  • Formação técnica ou superior em RH, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas afins (concluída ou em andamento).

Salário: R$ 1.843,80 (CLT)
