Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar y dar seguimiento a todas las oportunidades de venta
  • Revisar el inventario diariamente
  • Ofrecer asistencia o dirección a cualquier cliente que ingrese al concesionario
  • Ayudar a los clientes a tomar decisiones de compra haciendo preguntas y escuchando atentamente sus respuestas y necesidades
  • Trabajar directamente con los clientes para desarrollar relaciones que mejoren el proceso de venta
  • Explicar el rendimiento, la aplicación y los beneficios del producto a los clientes potenciales
  • Reportar al Gerente de Ventas sobre objetivos, actividades planificadas y revisiones

Requisitos

  • Entusiasmo y alta energía durante la jornada laboral de ventas
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en ventas de Kia o en la industria automotriz
  • Personalidad amigable y competitiva, especialmente al manejar objeciones y negociar precios
  • Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente, comunicación, informática y matemáticas básicas
  • Interés en capacitar a otros asociados de ventas una vez que se haya familiarizado con el puesto y en trabajar en equipo
  • Licencia de conducir válida y récord de manejo limpio
  • Ser bilingüe es una ventaja
