Job description

We're looking for a pragmatic Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of payments and wealth management products. You'll build end-to-end features for our clients, designing backend APIs with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and customer experience.

This role requires 3+ years of full stack experience and solid hands-on expertise in Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. Experience with AWS and knowledge of payments or wealthtech are a strong plus.

You'll join a team where you can grow as an engineer while working on real, high-impact financial systems.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations with banks, payment processors, custodians, and other financial providers.
  • Build web interfaces such as merchant dashboards, investment platforms, back-office tools, and onboarding flows.
  • Solve the hard problems of financial systems: idempotency, transactional consistency, reconciliation, security, and data protection.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into clear technical solutions and roadmaps.
  • Take ownership of what you ship in production: monitoring, debugging, and continuous

Requisitos

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer building web applications and APIs in production.
  • Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
  • Frontend experience with modern frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases: data modeling, queries, transactions, and performance.
  • The ability to understand client problems and translate them into technical decisions.
  • Initiative and ownership: you're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to prioritize what matters most.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
  • Professional English, since you'll work daily with international clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience in payments, wealthtech, or systems that handle money or sensitive data.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC/AML).
  • Experience with analytical databases, queues and messaging, or CI/CD.
  • Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
