Voor Vanlaethem-Ots zoeken wij een gemotiveerde transportplanner die instaat voor de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van onze containertransporten en vrachtwagens.

- Jouw taken

· Plannen en organiseren van containertransporten en vrachtwagenritten.

· Opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse transportplanning.

· Aansturen en opvolgen van chauffeurs en zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling.

· Inplannen van leveringen, ophalingen en wissels van containers bij klanten.

· Rekening houden met de beschikbare vrachtwagens, chauffeurs en transportopdrachten.

· Telefonisch en per e-mail contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs en collega's.

· Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en zoeken naar oplossingen bij wijzigingen of problemen.

· Opvolgen van de uitgevoerde ritten en inspelen op onverwachte situaties.

· Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van transportopdrachten.

· Nauw samenwerken met de collega's van het depot.

- Jouw profiel

· Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.

· Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht.

· Je bent stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen wanneer de planning verandert.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.

· Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands enFrans.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van computerprogramma's en administratieve toepassingen.

· Ervaring in transportplanning, containertransport of de transportsector is een pluspunt.
