KERNAUFGABEN

· Erfassung der eingegangenen Bestellungen innerhalb der in der Dienstleistungsvereinbarung festgelegten Fristen.

· Durchführung aller bei der Auftragserfassung festgelegten Prozesse: Bestandsprüfung, Vorlaufzeiten, Genehmigungen u. a.

· Unterstützung des Landes und der zuständigen Lieferanten bei allen Anfragen an die Fachbereiche und im After-Sales-Bereich.

· Nachverfolgung der erteilten Aufträge bis zur Lieferung. Information des Kunden über den Status der Aufträge

DEIN PROFIL

BERUFLICHER WERDEGANG

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

KENNTNISSE, FÄHIGKEITEN & TALENTE

· Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Service Bereich

· Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office

· Customer First – Servicegedanke

· Guter Umgang in stressigen Situationen

· Fachgerechte Rückmeldung an den Kunden und internen Abteilungen

· Deutschkenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift

· Englischkenntnisse mindestens B1 in Wort und Schrift
