The posting

Mission

As a Product Manager, Measurement Experience, you will own the end-to-end design and delivery of Vantage’s measurement and reporting surface. You will define how campaign performance data flows from retailer data pipes through our platform and into the hands of brand and agency teams — surfaced through a unified dashboard and a library of reusable, configurable reports.

This role is not about building attribution models from scratch. It is about integrating with the attribution and measurement frameworks retailers already have, consolidating data from multiple sources into a clean, consistent reporting layer, and building a platform architecture flexible enough to adapt to every retailer’s model — today and in the future. You will work closely with retailer data partners, engineering, and customer success to make measurement a competitive strength.

What You Will Own

Retailer Data Integration

- Own the product definition for connecting Vantage to retailer data pipes — from API and data feed evaluation through ingestion schema design, transformation logic, and data quality monitoring.

- Translate each retailer’s data model into a normalized format that serves the broader platform, with an abstraction layer that makes every new integration easier than the last.

- Establish data freshness standards and reconciliation processes, and own the tooling that surfaces health issues before clients notice them.

Data Consolidation & Reporting Infrastructure

- Define how data from disparate retailer sources — transaction feeds, impression logs, audience signals — is consolidated into a unified, query-ready reporting layer.

- Own the reusable report and dashboard framework: the templates, filters, breakdowns, and export formats that serve the widest range of brand and agency use cases without custom work.

- Work toward a system where launching a new retailer integration automatically lights up the standard reporting suite — configuration, not engineering.

Self-Serve Reporting Experience

- Drive the UI and dashboard experience that brand media teams — from analytical CPG powerhouses to first-time retail media buyers — rely on week-to-week.

- Define the right defaults, visualizations, and progressive disclosure so the product meets users where they are without hiding depth for advanced users.

- Partner with CS and solutions teams to convert recurring reporting requests into platform features rather than one-off exports.

Retailer & Client Partnership

- Serve as the product lead in retailer data conversations — aligning on integration approach, data availability, and timeline with stakeholders whose roadmaps you do not control.

- Balance customization requests across multiple retailer relationships, applying a clear framework for what gets built into the platform versus what stays a one-off.

- Translate client reporting pain points gathered through CS into the product backlog and make sure they ship before they become churn risks.

Experience & Profile

- 3–6 years in product management with clear ownership of data-intensive or reporting products. Preferably in retail media, but AdTech or MarTech is acceptable.

- Experience managing multiple data integrations simultaneously — balancing customization requests against a scalable, multi-tenant platform roadmap.

- Track record of aligning external data partners on integration approach and timeline without controlling their roadmap or engineering backlog.

- Familiarity with retail media measurement frameworks (closed-loop attribution, ROAS, incrementality) and the data infrastructure that underpins them — you know what you are integrating with and why it matters.

- Enough fluency in data concepts — schemas, joins, latency, data normalization — to hold a real technical conversation with a data engineer about trade-offs.

- Experience building self-serve reporting or analytics experiences for mixed-sophistication audiences: you know how to design for the analyst without losing the occasional user.

- Comfortable driving execution in a startup environment: you write your own tickets, chase your own answers, and ship without waiting for a perfect brief.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
