Als Praxismanager:in stellen Sie sicher, dass die Praxis ihr volles Potenzial entfalten kann.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Sie analysieren, gestalten und optimieren Prozesse zur Sicherstellung effizienter, einheitlicher sowie qualitätsgesicherter Arbeitsabläufe – zunächst im Standort, perspektivisch standortübergreifend.
  • Sie übernehmen (perspektivisch) Praxismanagement-Verantwortung und schaffen klare Strukturen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten im Team, sodass die Zusammenarbeit stabil, skalierbar und standortübertragbar wird.
  • Sie gestalten Veränderungen aktiv, übersetzen sie in konkrete, alltagstaugliche Schritte und sorgen für Orientierung und Vertrauen im Team – auch bei Wachstum oder Aufbau weiterer Strukturen.
  • Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen Praxis und Zentrale und gewährleisten einen klaren Informationsfluss sowie konsequente Umsetzung vor Ort.
  • Sie arbeiten operativ mit und unterstützen bei Bedarf in allen Praxisbereichen – inkl. MFA-Tätigkeiten – mit einer hands-on Mentalität, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Sie entwickeln die Rolle weiter: Sie bringen das Profil und die Motivation mit, mittelfristig mehrere Standorte in Bielefeld mitzubetreuen (z. B. durch Standardisierung, Einarbeitung/Coaching, Übergaben und nachhaltige Prozesssicherung).

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Arztpraxen oder medizinischen Versorgungszentren und bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zur Praxismanagerin / zum Praxismanager mit.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert sowie pragmatisch und bringen ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent und Umsetzungsstärke mit.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit der bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung.
  • Sie kommunizieren klar, wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe - ob mit Kolleg:innen aus dem medizinischen Bereich, aus der IT, der Verwaltung oder mit externen Partnern.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
