Vapour International je međunarodna tvrtka koja razvija i distribuira proizvode u vape industriji na europskom tržištu.

Tražimo odgovornu i analitičnu osobu koja će se pridružiti našem Product Compliance timu i sudjelovati u osiguravanju regulatorne usklađenosti proizvoda s EU i nacionalnim zakonodavstvom.

O ulozi Kao Specijalist/ica za usklađenost proizvoda preuzet ćete odgovornost za funkciju usklađenosti, surađujući izravno s našim timovima za proizvod, pravne poslove i opskrbni lanac. Bit ćete uključeni u razvoj novih proizvoda od prvog dana, surađivati s našim proizvodnim partnerima i vidjeti kako vaš rad izravno omogućuje lansiranje proizvoda diljem Europe i na međunarodnim tržištima. U maloj i dinamičnoj organizaciji vaše odluke su važne, a vaš utjecaj vidljiv.

Ključne odgovornosti

Regulatorna usklađenost i praćenje

  • Provjera usklađenosti proizvoda za europska i međunarodna tržišta u okviru primjenjivog regulatornog okvira, uključujući: TPD (2014/40/EU) i nacionalne propise kojima je prenesena, CLP (1272/2008), REACH, GPSR (2023/988), direktive RED i EMC, RoHS, Uredbu EU o baterijama (2023/1542), WEEE i EPR sustave te zahtjeve za ambalažu (uključujući PPWR).
  • Praćenje uvođenja i razvoja propisa i zahtjeva specifičnih za pojedina tržišta (npr. ANSES prijave u Francuskoj, ADM zahtjevi u Italiji, ograničenja aroma, zabrane uređaja za jednokratnu uporabu) te procjena njihova utjecaja na portfelj proizvoda.
  • Praćenje i osiguravanje poštivanja svih regulatornih rokova.

Prijave i dokumentacija

  • Upravljanje TPD prijavama putem portala EU-CEG.
  • Prikupljanje, arhiviranje i ažurno održavanje tehničke i regulatorne dokumentacije.
  • Provjera certifikata, laboratorijskih izvješća o ispitivanjima, izjava o sukladnosti i dokumentacije dobavljača.

Podrška razvoju i lansiranju proizvoda

  • Sudjelovanje u procesu razvoja novih proizvoda od ranih faza, uz davanje smjernica o usklađenosti i provjeru ključnih faza (gate checks) prije lansiranja.
  • Podrška pri pregledu ambalaže, etiketa, QR kodova, uputa za uporabu i obveznih informacija o proizvodu.
  • Koordinacija s vanjskim laboratorijima za ispitivanja emisija i kemijske analize.

Opskrbni lanac i razdoblje nakon stavljanja na tržište

  • Suradnja s proizvodnim partnerima na usklađenosti u ranijim fazama lanca: revizije dokumentacije, provjera izvješća o ispitivanjima i usklađivanje oko regulatornih zahtjeva.
  • Praćenje obveza vezanih uz sigurnost proizvoda nakon stavljanja na tržište, uključujući nadzor sustava Safety Gate (RAPEX), te podrška korektivnim mjerama ili postupcima povlačenja proizvoda kada je to potrebno.
  • Podrška pravnoj funkciji u regulatornim pitanjima i sporovima vezanima uz usklađenost.

Uvjeti

  • 3–5 godina iskustva u regulatornim poslovima ili usklađenosti proizvoda u reguliranoj industriji: duhan/nikotin, farmaceutska industrija, kozmetika, dodaci prehrani, potrošačka elektronika ili kemikalije.
  • Završen studij kemije, inženjerstva, farmacije, prava ili srodnog područja.
  • Dobro poznavanje zakonodavstva EU o proizvodima i sposobnost tumačenja regulatornih zahtjeva te njihove primjene u praksi.
  • Profesionalno poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu (radni jezik).
  • Dobro poznavanje Excela i sustava za upravljanje dokumentima.

Izrazita prednost

  • Izravno praktično iskustvo s prijavama u sustavu EU-CEG.
  • Poznavanje TPD okvira i regulatornog okruženja za e-cigarete i nikotinske proizvode.
