Hos os er hverdagen fuld af liv, smil og pædagogiske udfordringer. Vores 10 skønne borgere har hver deres personlighed og forskellige udviklingshæmninger. De kan fylde meget i landskabet – på den absolut bedste måde, men også når livet spænder ben for dem. Derfor søger vi en kollega, der står mentalt stærkt, trives i et omskifteligt miljø og kan møde borgerne med både professionel ro og et varmt smil.

I vores pædagogiske arbejde tager vi udgangspunkt i KRAP og Low Arousal. Vi møder borgerne i øjenhøjde, arbejder ressourcefokuseret og lægger stor vægt på at skabe en rolig og forudsigelig hverdag, der forebygger konflikter.
