Pourquoi ça va vous plaire :

  • Pas de routine : chaque intervention est nouvelle et différente.
  • Un planning qui respecte VOTRE vie : votre bien-être est aussi important que celui de nos bénéficiaires. Vous serez complètement libre un WE/2 avec un jour de repos fixe chaque semaine.
  • Vous pouvez avoir jusqu’à 16 astreintes par mois. Vos interventions sont majorées à 10 %.
  • Prise en charge des KM : prise en charge du trajet aller-retour pour les interventions d'urgence.

Ce que vous allez faire :

  • Gérer les urgences pour des actes essentiels en cas de sortie d’hospitalisation, de relayage, d’absence de l'intervenant régulier ou de l’aidant familial.
  • Intervenir sur des situations délicates : nouvelles prises en charge, aggravation des situations, pathologies lourdes…
  • En dehors des astreintes ? Vous avez un planning avec des bénéficiaires fixes.

Ce qu’on recherche chez vous :

  • Super pouvoirs : autonomie, adaptabilité, réactivité, sens des priorités, empathie…
  • Expérience / diplôme : vous avez déjà fait vos preuves en tant qu’AVS, aide-soignant(e), ou dans un autre rôle où l’humain est au cœur de l’action.
  • Disponibilité : travail à partir de 7h30 le matin et le soir jusqu’à 20h30, 1 weekend sur 2 ainsi que certains jours fériés.
  • Périmètre d’intervention en fonction de votre lieu de résidence : Secteur Saint cyr sur mer : Le beausset, Saint cyr sur mer, Bandol, La cadière d’Azur
  • Type de contrat : CDI
  • Heures contrat : Temps plein
  • Poste à pourvoir : dès que possible
  • Véhicule obligatoire
