Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung von Neuprodukteinführungen im Gerätebau BBA von der Prototypenphase bis zur Serienreife
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Produktionsprozessen für Neuprodukte (NPI) sowie bestehende Produkte, zum Beispiel durch die Mitarbeit bei Layout-, Arbeitsplatz- und Betriebsmittelkonzepten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Effizienzsteigerung, Prozessstabilisierung und Fehleranalyse in der Fertigung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten, Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen in ERP- und MES-Systemen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prozessvalidierungen sowie Anlagenqualifizierungen im Bereich Gerätebau BBA
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsmassnahmen sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (z. B. 8D, FMEA)
  • Übernahme der technischen Schnittstellenfunktion für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen, Kunden und Lieferanten

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre Elektroniker / Elektronikerin EFZ oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation im technischen Bereich und Weiterbildung zum Prozessfachmann- Fachfrau HF oder vergleichbar
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Elektroniker/Elektronikerin EFZ oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation im technischen Bereich sowie Weiterbildung zum Prozessfachmann/zur Prozessfachfrau HF oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, insbesondere in der Elektronikfertigung oder im Apparatebau
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Dokumentation im regulierten Umfeld der Luftfahrt oder Medizintechnik (EN9100 / ISO 13485) von Vorteil
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Lean-Prinzipien und -Methoden
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
