Job Description

The Associate in the Production department will work closely with shift executives to maintain continuous manufacturing flow, troubleshoot equipment, and assist in the breakdown and setup of production lines. A solid understanding of blow‑molder machinery and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production activities and report deviations.
  • Assist in the breakdown and setup of production lines.
  • Support shift executives with equipment troubleshooting.
  • Operate and maintain blow‑molder machines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
  • Participate in routine preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate material flow to minimize downtime.
  • Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in training new operators on standard procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of blow‑molder equipment.
  • Familiarity with production breakdown and setup processes.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
