Une offre de stage intitulée « Optimisation des conditions de fabrication du procédé DED (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Commercial sur son site de Saint-Éloi.

Vous rejoindrez le département Forming & Assembly Technologies en charge du pôle de fabrication additive métallique.

Ce stage consistera à optimiser les conditions de fabrication par la compréhension du comportement thermique des pièces à géométrie complexe issues de fabrication additive DED, par simulation numérique.

Ce stage débute en Février 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois.

Ce poste nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation export control par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

- Réaliser l’état de l’art pour le matériau et le procédé de fabrication considéré

- Rédiger un plan d’essais

- Réaliser des simulations thermiques

- Assister les opérateurs lors de la fabrication

- Assister l’opérateur au contrôle par ultrasons

- Réaliser les analyses micrographiques

- Rédiger des rapports d’essais

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous êtes en formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine des Matériaux / Mécanique / Soudage (ou discipline apparentée) pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

- Matériaux

- Métallographie

- Simulation numérique

Soft skills :

- Dynamisme et curiosité

- Résolution de problèmes complexes

- Travail en équipe et adaptabilité

Compétences linguistiques :

- Anglais : intermédiaire

- Français : courant
