The posting

Onboarding, Induction & Documentation ● Deliver structured Day-1 induction, buddy assignment, and 30-day planners for all new joiners, and drive completion of mandatory induction modules and feedback. ● Complete all joining formalities — documentation, Aadhaar verification, biometric enrolment, kit/asset handover — and maintain the onboarding file set on the shared drive. ● Track e-signature of appointment letters and HR documents to closure; collect relieving and experience letters within 45 days of joining. Attendance, Compliance & Reporting ● Own the WE360 dashboard: validate login hours and activity status weekly, and maintain the Daily Absent Sheet with 100% accuracy. ●Generate periodic attendance and compliance reports for the HR and payroll teams. Payroll Inputs, Expense & Asset Management ● Maintain company-card and travel-related reimbursements with zero pending entries; process TA/DA and expense claims on Zoho within SLA. ●Keep the MMT wallet, expense trackers, and asset records reconciled and audit-ready. Verification, Insurance & Benefits ● Initiate and track background verification for all applicable joiners through the BGV tracker to closure. ● Enrol new employees in medical insurance within timelines, action claims promptly, and coordinate annual policy renewal ahead of expiry. Separation, Exit & Grievance Handling ● Conduct and document exit interviews ahead of the last working day; close exits within SLA and support NOC/handover clearance. ●Route grievances raised during onboarding/exit to the right owner and track resolution. Learning & Continuous Improvement ● Complete assigned trainings and apply learning to strengthen HR operational processes. Requirements Qualifications & Experience ● Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred). ● 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or onboarding/payroll support. Skills & Competencies ● Hands-on with HRMS platforms (Zoho People preferred), attendance tools (WE360), and MS Excel. ● Strong process discipline, SLA orientation, and attention to detail with sensitive data. ● Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating across payroll, IT, and admin. ● High ownership, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple parallel timelines.
