Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele beheer van Vaskon. Je zorgt ervoor dat aankoop, productie, logistiek en projectplanning efficiënt verlopen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van onze bedrijfsprocessen. Dankzij jouw helicopterview behoud je steeds het overzicht en weet je prioriteiten te stellen in een snel veranderende omgeving.

Productie

  • Aansturen en coachen van een productieteam van ongeveer 20 medewerkers.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement en deadlines.
  • Optimaliseren van productieprocessen.

Projectplanning

  • Opstellen en beheren van de planning voor verkochte projecten.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en voortgang.
  • Afstemmen met projectverantwoordelijken, ingenieurs en machinebouwers.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.

Aankoop

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte aankoop en tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, leveringen en leveranciers.
  • Controleren van aankoopfacturen en nacalculaties.

Logistiek

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte goederen- en materiaalstroom.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor onderhoud, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

Leiderschap & Rapportering

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse operationele werking.
  • Motiveren, coachen en ondersteunen van medewerkers.
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de CEO en bijdragen aan de verdere groei van Vaskon.

Wie ben jij?

  • Masterdiploma (Handelsingenieur, Bedrijfskunde, Ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig)
  • Min. 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een operationele omgeving
  • Ervaring in machinebouw en verspaning is een plus
  • Sterke people manager met uitstekende communicatie- en coachingsvaardigheden
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht, met focus op procesoptimalisatie
  • Proactief, hands-on en continu gericht op efficiëntie en verbeteringen
  • Sterk in planning, organisatie en het behalen van deadlines
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in een snel veranderende omgeving
  • Ervaring met kosten-batenanalyses en operationele coördinatie
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
