The successful candidate will establish an active and inclusive undergraduate research program and contribute to the development and teaching of the Organic Chemistry curriculum.

Job Description:

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field by the time of appointment. Postdoctoral experience is preferred. Opportunities exist to develop upper-level courses in the candidate's area of expertise and to contribute to interdisciplinary programs, including Biochemistry and Environmental Studies. The teaching load is four courses during the first year of the appointment. Thereafter, faculty teach four courses per academic year while mentoring undergraduate research or other forms of intensive student scholarship. The successful candidate will receive competitive startup funds, dedicated laboratory space, and access to shared departmental instrumentation and research facilities (see https://www.vassar.edu/chemistry/facilities).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
