Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista de Operações Sênior para integrar nossa equipe de Operações. A missão desse cargo é garantir a excelência dos processos operacionais do terminal, atuando na otimização das operações, gestão de contratos e indicadores, acompanhamento da performance de terceiros e desenvolvimento de melhorias que contribuam para a eficiência, segurança e sustentabilidade do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver projetos e estudos voltados à otimização dos processos operacionais por meio da análise de dados e avaliação de desempenho.Acompanhar e monitorar as operações de STS (Ship to Ship Transfer), garantindo aderência aos padrões operacionais e de segurança.Fiscalizar os contratos de prestação de serviços relacionados à operação, assegurando o cumprimento de escopo, metas e indicadores de desempenho.Desenvolver e implementar metodologias de avaliação de terceiros e fornecedores estratégicos.Revisar e acompanhar KPI's operacionais, propondo melhorias contínuas para aumento da eficiência operacional.Atuar como elo entre o terminal e as áreas corporativas da companhia, garantindo alinhamento entre operações, suprimentos e gestão contratual.Monitorar e controlar o orçamento operacional (Opex), identificando oportunidades de otimização de custos.Avaliar condições operacionais de equipamentos críticos envolvidos nas operações.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises operacionais para apoio à tomada de decisão da liderança.Auditar e controlar documentos operacionais relacionados às transferências de carga, garantindo conformidade e rastreabilidade dos processos.Propor melhorias técnicas e de produtividade para o terminal.Participar da elaboração e acompanhamento dos orçamentos administrativos e operacionais.Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e padronização de procedimentos e padrões operacionais.Coordenar atividades relacionadas à gestão da qualidade, incluindo tratamento de não conformidades e melhoria contínua.Apoiar estudos de viabilidade econômica voltados à eficiência operacional e redução de custos.Contribuir para o atingimento das metas operacionais, de manutenção, qualidade, segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente.Garantir o cumprimento das políticas corporativas, requisitos legais e normas internas da companhia.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.Inglês avançado.Experiência em operações logísticas, portuárias ou industriais.Vivência em gestão de contratos, indicadores de desempenho e acompanhamento orçamentário.Conhecimento em análise e otimização de processos operacionais.Desejável experiência com operações de STS (Ship to-Ship Transfer).
