Zweck der Rolle

Führung und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Process-Engineering-Teams mit dem Ziel, sichere, stabile und beherrschte Produktionsprozesse sicherzustellen. Die Rolle treibt die Industrialisierung, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und technische Problemlösung voran, um Qualität, Produktivität, Prozessfähigkeit und Fertigungskosten nachhaltig zu optimieren sowie neue Produkte erfolgreich in die Serienproduktion zu überführen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Process-Engineering-Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Process-Engineering-Teams an anderen Standorten.

Sicherstellung sicherer, stabiler und beherrschter Produktionsprozesse unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und Standards.

Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen durch DARWIN- und Continuous-Improvement-Aktivitäten (CIP).

Technische Unterstützung bei Prozessabweichungen und komplexen Produktionsproblemen sowie Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen, unter anderem mittels 8D.

Unterstützung von NPI- und Industrialisierungsaktivitäten sowie Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Übergabe neuer Produktentwicklungen in die Serienproduktion.

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualität, Produktivität, Prozessfähigkeit und Fertigungskosten.

Entwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungsmethoden, Prozessabläufen und technischen Standards.

Entwicklung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Qualifizierungskonzepten für produktionsbezogene Prozesse.

Anwendung strukturierter Problemlösungs- und Optimierungsmethoden wie 8D, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC und Six Sigma.

Qualifikationen

Höhere technische Ausbildung (HF/FH), Bachelorabschluss im Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Process bzw. Manufacturing Engineering in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld.

Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination technischer Teams und Projekte sowie ausgeprägte Kompetenz in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.

Fundierte Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Industrialisierung und technischer Problemlösung.

Praktische Erfahrung mit Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma und Continuous Improvement.

Erfahrung mit NPI, Produktivitätssteigerungen und Kostensenkungsprojekten.

Erfahrung mit relevanten Fertigungsverfahren wie Zerspanung, Stanzen oder Schweißen.

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei der Problemlösung.

Unternehmerisches und kostenbewusstes Denken sowie eine praxisorientierte, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
