Zweck der Rolle

Der CNC Technician ist verantwortlich für die selbstständige Herstellung von Präzisionskomponenten auf CNC-Fräsmaschinen (3- und 5-Achs) unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Lieferstandards. Durch sein technisches Fachwissen, die Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und die Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktion leistet er einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Verantwortlichkeiten

* Selbstständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (3- und 5-Achs)

* Erstellen, Anpassen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen (Siemens-Steuerung)

* Fertigung von Einzelteilen sowie Klein- und Mittelserien nach technischen Zeichnungen

* Auswahl, Vorbereitung und Wechsel von Werkzeugen

* Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse sowie Sicherstellung der Maß- und Formgenauigkeit

* Durchführen von Qualitätsprüfungen mit gängigen Messmitteln

* Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie Behebung kleinerer Störungen

* Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Lieferstandards

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in, CNC-Mechaniker/in, Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen, idealerweise Siemens

* Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2- bzw. 3-Schichtbetrieb)
