Description des tâches:Sales Associate (CDI) The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the real estate market and a pioneer in co-living in Luxembourg since 2015. We build thriving communities of international professionals and are looking for a high energy, results-driven Sales Associate with great interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. Main responsibilities: ● Drive the full sales cycle in our internal CRM with calls, emails, online meetings, and in-person viewings ● Qualify and talk to inbound leads to help them find the best room from our portfolio ● Set up viewings, organize property visits, follow up with clients and close deals ● Onboarding of new clients and supporting existing ones (contracts, move ins / outs) ● Identify new opportunities to improve visibility, sales performance and conversion rates ● Hit monthly sales goals Your profile: ● 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, business development or other client-facing roles ● Great interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy meeting new people ● Driven and capable of organizing your tasks, sales pipeline and daily schedule to maximize conversion ● Team player, can work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment ● Driving license (mandatory) ● Fluency in English is mandatory.
