Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Leiter/in Kundensupport für unsere Generalagentur Biel\-Solothurn. Unser Agenturnetzwerk erstreckt sich über zwei Kantone und umfasst drei Agenturen, die durch ihre Vielfalt einen abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag mit spannenden Aufgaben und Begegnungen bieten. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position arbeitest Du eng mit dem Generalagenten, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden sowie verschiedenen internen Abteilungen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen. Deine vielfältigen Aufgaben: Du führst ein Team von 12 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Lernende und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Supportorganisation der Generalagentur Du unterstützt aktiv den Vertrieb, sowohl für den eigenen Aussendienst als auch für die Agenturbroker Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Schadenmanagement der Generalagentur und stellst eine effiziente Abwicklung sicher Durch die Teilnahme an Fach\- und Führungsseminaren sorgst Du dafür, dass das Wissen und die Kompetenzen in Deinem Team stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind Dein Profil: Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche und hast idealerweise einen eidgenössischen Fachausweis oder ein Versicherungsdiplom Du bist eine dynamische, zukunftsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit und hast bereits erfolgreich mehrere Jahre in einer leitenden Position gearbeitet Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine Fähigkeit aus, Dein Team zu führen, zu coachen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick sowie die nötige Ruhe Deutsch ist Deine Muttersprache und Du hast gute ösischkenntnisse Wenn Du mit Deiner Leidenschaft für den Beruf Dein Team täglich zu Höchstleistungen inspirierst und motivierst, dann bist Du die richtige Person für uns!
