Nous recherchons, pour une entrée en fonction immédiate ou à convenir, un/e Responsable du soutien clientèle pour notre agence générale de Bienne\-Soleure. Notre réseau d’agences s’étend sur deux cantons et comprend trois agences, offrant un environnement de travail varié, rythmé par des missions stimulantes et des interactions enrichissantes. Dans cette fonction à responsabilités, vous collaborez étroitement avec l’agent général, notre clientèle ainsi que les différents départements internes, afin de garantir un fonctionnement fluide et efficace. Les missions qui vous attendent : Vous encadrez une équipe de 12 collaborateurs, y compris un aprenant, et assumez la responsabilité globale de l’organisation du support au sein de l’agence générale Vous apportez un soutien actif aux activités commerciales, tant pour le service externe que pour les courtiers partenaires Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des sinistres et veillez à leur traitement efficace et rigoureux Vous contribuez au développement continu des compétences de votre équipe en participant à des formations spécialisées et en management Votre profil : Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance et êtes idéalement titulaire d’un brevet fédéral ou d’un diplôme en assurances Leader dynamique et tourné vers l’avenir, vous avez déjà occupé avec succès des fonctions managériales Vous vous distinguez par votre capacité à encadrer, accompagner et faire évoluer votre équipe Organisé et structuré, vous gardez une vision d’ensemble et votre sang\-froid, même dans les situations exigeantes Le français est votre langue maternelle et vous avez de bonnes connaissances en allemand Si vous souhaitez mettre votre passion au service d’une équipe et contribuer chaque jour à créer une dynamique positive et performante, alors ce poste est fait pour vous.
