Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist zuständig für den Service und die Betreuung der Medientechnik
  • Du wirkst beim kaufmännischen und technischen Support in unserem Team mit
  • Die Verwaltung und Auswertung des Ticketsystems, sowie die Erstellung von Reports und Analysen gehören zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einweisung und Schulung der Nutzer vor Ort und bist Ansprechpartner für technische und organisatorische Fragen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine qualifizierte Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Informationselektroniker, Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik, Elektroniker oder IT-Systemkaufmann/frau absolviert.
  • Du hast Interesse an einem vielseitigen Arbeitsplatz, der sowohl technische wie auch kaufmännische und organisatorische Themen beinhaltet.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, arbeitest selbständig und serviceorientiert.
  • Du bist flexibel, verfügst über Organisationstalent und besitzt den gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
