Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) para atuar junto ao time Comercial no canal especializado pet, acompanhando a rotina de lojas e desenvolvendo conhecimentos sobre produtos, mercado, atendimento ao cliente e técnicas de vendas.Na prática, o(a) estagiário(a) acompanhará uma rota de atendimento a aproximadamente 3 a 4 lojas, participando de atividades de promoção de produtos, orientação de balconistas, desenvolvimento de argumentos de venda e execução de ações que contribuam para a visibilidade dos produtos e o desempenho comercial nos pontos de venda.Nosso ambiente é dinâmico, colaborativo e orientado a resultados. Procuramos pessoas comunicativas, proativas, com iniciativa e vontade de aprender, que gostem de interagir com pessoas e tenham interesse pelo mercado pet, pelo desenvolvimento de negócios e pela construção de relacionamentos com clientes.A oportunidade oferece aprendizado prático em campo e contato direto com a realidade do varejo especializado, preparando o(a) estagiário(a) para futuras oportunidades nas áreas de Promoção Técnica, Merchandising e Consultoria de Vendas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a rotina de atendimento de uma rota de aproximadamente 3 a 4 lojas do canal especializado pet, por mês;Apoiar a divulgação e a promoção dos produtos da empresa nos pontos de venda;Aprender e aplicar argumentos de venda, destacando os diferenciais e benefícios dos produtos para os tutores;Apoiar a orientação de balconistas e equipes das lojas sobre o portfólio de produtos;Contribuir para a exposição, organização e visibilidade dos produtos nos pontos de venda, seguindo as orientações de merchandising;Auxiliar na execução de campanhas promocionais e ações comerciais nas lojas atendidas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na exposição dos produtos e no atendimento aos consumidores;Observar as necessidades dos clientes e compartilhar informações relevantes sobre o mercado, os produtos e a concorrência com o time Comercial;Desenvolver habilidades de comunicação, negociação, relacionamento com clientes e abordagem comercial;Apoiar o acompanhamento dos resultados das ações realizadas, contribuindo para a evolução do atendimento e o desempenho comercial

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando a partir do 3º período em Administração, Marketing, Relações Públicas, Zootecnia ou Medicina Veterinária;Interesse ou conhecimento sobre alimentação, nutrição e produtos para pets;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office.Interesse pela área Comercial, pelo mercado pet e pelo relacionamento com clientes;Boa comunicação verbal, facilidade para interagir com pessoas e disposição para aprender;Perfil proativo, dinâmico, organizado e com iniciativa;Disponibilidade para atividades presenciais em lojas e atuação em rota de atendimento.
