The posting

Het Vrij Centrum voor Leerlingenbegeleiding Halle telt een 55-tal enthousiaste CLB-medewerkers die leerlingen bijstaan op hun weg naar volwassenheid. Of het nu gaat over leren, gevoelens, gedrag, gezondheid of studie- en beroepskeuzes: het CLB helpt. Leerlingen die uit de boot dreigen te vallen, pikken we op. Vastberaden en met groot engagement bouwen CLB-medewerkers aan gelijke onderwijskansen. Dat doen we in een team van deskundige en dynamische collega’s. Diversiteit zien we als kracht: bij de leerlingen én onder collega’s.

We zijn op zoek naar een teamcoach voor ons medisch team.

De teamcoach ondersteunt, coördineert en begeleidt het medisch team binnen het CLB zodat de preventieve gezondheidszorg voor leerlingen kwaliteitsvol, efficiënt en volgens de geldende regelgeving wordt uitgevoerd. De teamcoach stimuleert professionele ontwikkeling, samenwerking en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het team en draagt bij aan de strategische doelstellingen van het CLB.

De teamcoach begeleidt, ondersteunt en coacht de artsen en verpleegkundigen van het medisch team. Hij/zij faciliteert teamoverleg en bevordert een positieve teamcultuur en (multidisciplinaire) samenwerking.

Als teamcoach signaleer je knelpunten binnen en buiten het team en pak je deze (in overleg) aan.

Je ziet toe op een optimale taakverdeling en afstemming met de andere teams binnen het CLB.

Je staat in voor de implementatie van richtlijnen en procedures inzake preventieve gezondheidszorg, waarbij je strategische beleidsdoelstellingen vertaalt naar de dagelijkse werking. Medische achtergrondkennis is dus noodzakelijk.

Als teamcoach vorm je tevens de brug naar het beleidsteam en zorg je voor een doorstroom van informatie/bezorgdheden van en naar dit team. Je denkt mee na op beleidsvlak en brengt hierbij het medisch perspectief in.

Je neemt deel aan de wekelijkse vergaderingen van het beleidsteam en de extra tweewekelijke vergadermomenten.

Je onderhoudt contacten met scholen, zorgpartners en externe gezondheidsactoren en vertegenwoordigt het medisch team/het CLB binnen (interne en externe) overlegstructuren.

Een achtergrond in het CLB of minstens notie van de onderwijssector zijn zeker pluspunten.
