Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente Operacional para liderar toda a operação de reparação automotiva de uma oficina de funilaria e pintura em crescimento.

Esta é uma posição estratégica: você será responsável por garantir produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento de prazos na produção, liderar as equipes técnicas, negociar diretamente com seguradoras e acompanhar os indicadores que sustentam o crescimento do negócio.

Buscamos alguém com visão de negócio, capacidade real de tomada de decisão sob pressão, e domínio prático não só teórico dos processos de funilaria e pintura automotiva.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Experiência comprovada em gestão operacional de oficinas de funilaria e pintura Vivência real em negociação com seguradoras (aprovação de reparos, complementos, alinhamento com peritos e reguladores) Experiência prática em elaboração e análise de orçamentos automotivos Experiência em liderança de equipes operacionais (funilaria, pintura, preparação, montagem, acabamento) Conhecimento técnico dos processos de funilaria, pintura, montagem/desmontagem, controle de qualidade e gestão de peças Ensino médio completo

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em Audatex, Cília, Sigma ou sistemas similares de seguradora Experiência em oficinas certificadas ou operações de grande volume Domínio de indicadores de produtividade e rentabilidade

Principais responsabilidades

Gerenciar a operação produtiva da oficina de ponta a ponta Liderar equipes de funilaria, pintura, preparação, montagem e acabamento Acompanhar indicadores de produtividade, desempenho e faturamento Garantir cumprimento de prazos e reduzir retrabalhos e desperdícios Elaborar e revisar orçamentos automotivos Negociar reparos, complementos e aprovações junto às seguradoras Realizar alinhamentos técnicos com peritos e reguladores Garantir cumprimento dos processos internos e padrões de qualidade
