Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos buscando um profissional com experiência em funilaria e pintura automotiva para atuar como Líder de Pátio, sendo responsável pela coordenação operacional da oficina, acompanhamento dos processos produtivos e gestão da equipe técnica.

Este profissional será o principal responsável por garantir produtividade, qualidade, organização e cumprimento dos prazos de entrega dos veículos.

Principais Responsabilidades Gestão Operacional Coordenar o fluxo operacional dos veículos dentro da oficina; Distribuir serviços entre funileiros, preparadores, pintores e montadores; Acompanhar prazos de execução e produtividade da equipe; Garantir o cumprimento dos processos internos e padrões de qualidade; Controlar entradas e saídas dos veículos em reparação.

Gestão de Equipe Liderar e orientar a equipe operacional; Realizar acompanhamento diário da produtividade; Apoiar no treinamento e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores; Garantir disciplina operacional e organização do ambiente; Atuar na resolução de conflitos e suporte à equipe.

Controle de Qualidade Acompanhar a qualidade dos serviços executados; Realizar inspeções durante e após os reparos; Identificar retrabalhos e oportunidades de melhoria; Garantir a entrega dos veículos dentro dos padrões estabelecidos.

Gestão de Produção Monitorar indicadores de produtividade; Acompanhar metas de produção e faturamento; Controlar gargalos operacionais; Apoiar na elaboração de complementos e identificação de danos ocultos; Garantir máxima eficiência operacional da oficina.

📍 Preferência para candidatos residentes em:

Planalto Paulista, Moema, Saúde, Mirandópolis, Jabaquara, Vila Mariana, Campo Belo, Brooklin, Indianópolis, Ibirapuera, Aeroporto, Vila Mascote, Conceição, São Judas e regiões próximas.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios

Experiência comprovada em funilaria e pintura automotiva; Experiência em liderança de equipes operacionais; Conhecimento dos processos de funilaria, preparação, pintura e montagem; Conhecimento em controle de qualidade automotiva; Habilidade de organização e gestão de prioridades.

Diferenciais Experiência como chefe de oficina, encarregado ou líder de produção; Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de oficinas; Experiência em oficinas referenciadas ou centros de colisão.
