Procuramos um profissional técnico, minucioso e apaixonado por performance automotiva para atuar como Mecânico de Alta Performance em veículos premium multimarcas. A vaga exige domínio técnico, experiência prática em diagnósticos eletrônicos e mecânicos, capacidade de trabalhar com diversos sistemas e tecnologias de alto nível e comprometimento absoluto com qualidade e organização.

Você será responsável por executar manutenções corretivas e preventivas em veículos de alto padrão, respeitando os procedimentos técnicos e os padrões das principais montadoras premium do mercado.

🎯 Responsabilidades e Atribuições Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas com base nos manuais técnicos das montadoras. Realizar diagnósticos avançados com scanners e equipamentos de precisão (osciloscópio, multímetro, torquímetro, etc.). Realizar serviços de geometria, alinhamento e balanceamento com foco em segurança e performance. Desmontar e montar periféricos de carroceria (ex: para-choques, spoilers, faróis) para intervenções de funilaria ou pintura. Executar intervenções em motores e transmissões (superficiais ou completas, conforme o caso). Atuar com veículos híbridos e elétricos quando necessário, respeitando os protocolos de segurança. Participar de testes de rodagem, elaboração de laudos e orçamentos com o consultor técnico. Zelar pela organização da bancada, descarte correto de resíduos e limpeza da área de trabalho.

✅ Requisitos Obrigatórios

Ensino médio completo. Curso técnico em Mecânica Automotiva (SENAI, SENAC ou equivalente). Experiência comprovada com veículos premium (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Porsche, etc.). Domínio em diagnóstico eletrônico, leitura de esquemas elétricos e utilização de scanners (ex: Autel, ISTA, Xentry, VCDS, etc.). Capacidade de trabalhar com ferramentas de precisão e interpretação de manuais técnicos. Conhecimento em sistemas modernos: ABS, ESP, injeção direta, suspensão ativa, sistemas híbridos.

Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas. Certificações técnicas de montadoras premium. Inglês técnico para leitura de manuais internacionais. Experiência anterior em oficinas especializadas ou concessionárias premium. Vivência com plataformas de gestão técnica e PRMS.
