Estamos em busca de um(a) Orçamentista para atuar em uma oficina de funilaria e pintura premium, responsável por gerir orçamentos, acompanhar os processos de atendimento e garantir a satisfação total dos clientes. Este profissional será o ponto central entre a equipe técnica, os clientes e as seguradoras, assegurando eficiência, precisão nos orçamentos e um padrão de qualidade compatível com o segmento premium automotivo.

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada como orçamentista, consultor técnico ou administrativo comercial em funilaria e pintura automotiva Conhecimento de sistemas de orçamento (Audatex, Cília ou similares) Conhecimento técnico em desmontagem, montagem, pintura e peças automotivas Boa comunicação verbal e escrita Organização e atenção a detalhes Ensino médio técnico ou superior em Administração, Gestão Automotiva ou áreas correlatas

Metódico(a), preciso(a) e atento(a) a detalhes técnicos e documentais Colaborativo(a), paciente e comprometido(a) com prazos e relacionamentos Estabilidade emocional e consistência no atendimento, mesmo sob pressão de prazo ou cliente insatisfeito

Principais responsabilidades

Realizar a recepção técnica dos veículos e elaborar orçamentos detalhados de funilaria e pintura Avaliar avarias, identificar peças e serviços necessários, e emitir laudos de orçamento Negociar com seguradoras, fornecedores e clientes diretos Acompanhar o processo de aprovação e andamento dos reparos Garantir que prazos e padrões de qualidade sejam cumpridos Emitir e atualizar relatórios de acompanhamento e status de veículos Auxiliar na gestão administrativa da oficina (cadastros, planilhas, pedidos e controle de custos) Atuar com foco em excelência no atendimento e experiência do cliente
