Je wordt een vertrouwd gezicht voor kinderen, jongeren, ouders en collega's en draagt actief bij aan een positief leef- en zorgklimaat.Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een warme en huiselijke leefomgeving waarin kinderen en jongeren zich veilig, begrepen en gewaardeerd voelen. Je biedt praktische, pedagogische en psychosociale ondersteuning, begeleidt huiswerk, dagelijkse activiteiten en vrije tijd, en werkt rond thema's die voor hen belangrijk zijn. Daarnaast bouw je mee aan kwaliteitsvolle ondersteuning door actief mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen de werking.Je werkt nauw samen met ouders en andere belangrijke betrokkenen, die we zien als waardevolle partners in de begeleiding. Vanuit verbinding en respect blijf je steeds kijken naar de persoon achter het gedrag. Je probeert gedrag te begrijpen vanuit iemands emotioneel welzijn en blijft geloven in groeikansen, ook wanneer het even moeilijk loopt.Binnen OC Clara Fey geloven we dat goede ondersteuning ontstaat vanuit sterke samenwerking. Daarom werk je niet alleen vóór, maar vooral mét cliënten, hun netwerk en je collega's. Samen creëren we een omgeving waarin kinderen en jongeren kunnen groeien en zichzelf mogen zijn.Je bent iemand die gemakkelijk verbinding maakt en energie haalt uit samenwerken. Daarnaast: beschik je over een sociaal-agogisch of mensgericht diploma, of heb je relevante ervaring in de sector; ben je zorgzaam, respectvol en mensgericht; communiceer je open, spontaan en verbindend; werk je graag samen, maar neem je ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid; ga je constructief om met uitdagende situaties en gedrag; ben je flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten te werken; is een rijbewijs een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
