Wir suchen einen Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) im Kundendienst, der Heizungs- anlagen wartet, Störungen behebt und unsere Kunden und Kundinnen kompetent vor Ort unterstützt. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Einsätze, eigenständiges Arbeiten und planbare Bereitschaftsdienste.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Wartung und Betreuung von Heizungsanlagen
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Instandhaltung und Sicherstellung des zuverlässigen Anlagenbetriebs
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden vor Ort
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Übernahme planbarer Bereitschaftsdienste mit langfristiger Einsatzplanung und Wechselmöglichkeit bis zu vier Wochen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich, z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) SHK, Heizungsbauer (m/w/d) oder Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Kundendienstmonteur (m/w/d) in der Heizungswartung und Instandhaltung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Störungsbehebung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Führerschein Klasse B
