Ben jij thuis in de klimaattechniek en vind je het leuk om uit te zoeken wat een installatie technisch én financieel nodig heeft? Als Calculator HVAC bij Frimex werk je aan klimaatinstallaties voor bekende klanten als Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Holland Casino. Je berekent wat een project gaat kosten, denkt mee over slimme oplossingen en zorgt dat onze projecten goed voorbereid van start kunnen.

Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, werkt nauw samen met engineering en projectleiding en ziet jouw calculaties uiteindelijk terug in de praktijk.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Calculator HVAC vertaal je technische ontwerpen en klantwensen naar betrouwbare kostprijsberekeningen en offertes. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers: welke installatie past het beste, waar liggen risico's en kan het technisch of financieel slimmer?

Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Opstellen van calculaties en offertes voor HVAC- en klimaatinstallaties.
  • Beoordelen van tekeningen, bestekken en technische specificaties.
  • Berekenen van materialen, uren en overige projectkosten.
  • Selecteren van componenten voor verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning.
  • Meedenken over energiezuinige en kostenefficiënte oplossingen.
  • Afstemmen met engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering.
  • Bewaken van de technische haalbaarheid en commerciële uitgangspunten van offertes.

Je werkt aan verschillende projecten binnen retail en hospitality. Daardoor heb je veel afwisseling en kun je jouw technische kennis breed inzetten.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau richting Installatietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
  • Kennis van HVAC-installaties, klimaattechniek of werktuigbouwkundige installaties.
  • Technisch en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office en bij voorkeur calculatie- of ERP-software.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert makkelijk en denkt graag mee over praktische oplossingen.

Werk je nu als Werkvoorbereider HVAC, Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde of in een vergelijkbare technische functie? Ook als je nog niet eerder als calculator hebt gewerkt, komen we graag met je in contact. Met een goede technische basis kun je het calculeren verder leren.

Werken bij Frimex
