Voor de uitbreiding van ons enthousiaste en gedreven team zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere Technisch Contractmanagers Service & Onderhoud. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en het commerciële succes van onderhoudscontracten binnen de installatietechniek.

Als Technisch Contractmanager ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportfolio binnen utiliteit en commercieel vastgoed. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudscontracten niet alleen correct worden uitgevoerd, maar ook optimaal renderen in technisch, operationeel én commercieel. Je werkt op tactisch en strategisch niveau en schakelt dagelijks met opdrachtgevers, servicecoördinatoren en interne teams. Samen zorgen jullie voor een soepel verloop van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van service- en onderhoudscontracten
  • Opstellen en bewaken van Meerjarenonderhoudsbegrotingen (MJOB)
  • Analyseren en bespreken van onderhoudsrapportages met opdrachtgevers
  • Vertalen van contractafspraken en inspecties naar concrete werkzaamheden
  • Coördineren van servicewerkzaamheden en contract gebonden projecten
  • Fungeren als technisch en inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Afstemmen met interne stakeholders zoals servicecoördinatoren en projectteams
  • Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen (meerwerk, optimalisaties)
  • Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement
  • Beheren van contract- en klantdata in systemen zoals ERP en klantportalen

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
  • Ervaring binnen installatietechniek, service & onderhoud of contractmanagement
  • In het bezit van VCA-VOL (of bereid deze te halen)
  • Sterk in communicatie en relatiebeheer
  • Commercieel inzicht en resultaatgerichtheid
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om meerdere contracten tegelijk te beheren
  • Ervaring met MJOB’s en onderhoudsprocessen is een pré
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands in woord en geschrift
