Ben jij goed met cijfers, werk je nauwkeurig en zoek je een financiële functie waarin je zelfstandig aan de slag kunt? Als Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie bij Frimex zorg je dat inkomende facturen kloppen, betalingen goed worden verwerkt en de administratie op orde blijft.

Je werkt in een informeel team, hebt regelmatig contact met collega's en leveranciers en krijgt de ruimte om zelf zaken op te pakken. Want zie jij dat iets niet klopt? Dan zoek je liever uit waar het misgaat dan dat je het laat liggen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse crediteurenadministratie. Je verwerkt facturen, bewaakt goedkeuringen en zorgt dat betalingen correct en op tijd worden voorbereid.

Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Inkomende facturen controleren en verwerken.
  • Het accorderingsproces opvolgen en openstaande goedkeuringen bewaken.
  • Vragen van collega's en leveranciers over facturen en betalingen beantwoorden.
  • Betaalbatches samenstellen, controleren en verwerken.
  • Grootboekspecificaties opstellen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de jaarrekeningcontrole.
  • Afwijkingen uitzoeken en meedenken over verbeteringen in de administratie.

Je hoeft niet de hele dag alleen maar facturen in te boeken. Je schakelt regelmatig met andere afdelingen en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om jouw administratie goed te laten verlopen.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting financiële administratie.
  • Ervaring met crediteurenadministratie of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Kennis van MS Office en administratieve software.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en merkt het op als cijfers of facturen niet kloppen.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met collega's en leveranciers.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief wanneer iets moet worden uitgezocht.

Achter al die projecten en servicewerkzaamheden zit natuurlijk ook een financiële administratie. Daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in. Je zorgt dat leveranciers correct worden betaald en dat de administratie aansluit op wat er binnen het bedrijf gebeurt.
