The posting

Je start de dag met een overleg over een nieuw BMI-project. Daarna bespreek je met de servicecoördinatie een aantal onderhoudswerkzaamheden en schuif je aan bij een klant waar de planning van een ontruimingsalarminstallatie wordt doorgenomen. Ondertussen houden monteurs, projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding de uitvoering draaiende. Jij bewaakt het overzicht.

Als Projectmanager Brandmeldinstallaties (BMI-OAI) bij PBT ben je verantwoordelijk voor installatieprojecten, service en onderhoud van brandmeldinstallaties (BMI) en ontruimingsalarminstallaties (OAI) binnen Noord-Holland en de Randstad. Je verbindt techniek, projecten en mensen. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's van verkoop, werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding, servicecoördinatie en uitvoering. Je begrijpt de techniek achter brandveiligheidssystemen, maar kijkt tegelijkertijd naar planning, kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

PBT is een technisch specialist op het gebied van brandveiligheid, beveiligingstechniek en service & onderhoud. We werken voor opdrachtgevers waar veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit cruciaal zijn. De cultuur is nuchter, collegiaal en gericht op vakmanschap. Collega's werken vaak jarenlang samen, helpen elkaar en zijn trots op de projecten die ze realiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor installatieprojecten van brandmeldinstallaties (BMI) en ontruimingsalarminstallaties (OAI).
  • De service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen de brandafdeling organiseren en bewaken.
  • Verkoop, werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding, servicecoördinatie, monteurs en certificeringen aansturen en met elkaar verbinden.
  • Planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en budget van projecten en werkzaamheden bewaken.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en optreden als technisch en organisatorisch aanspreekpunt.
  • Offertes, PvE's en projectinformatie beoordelen en zorgen voor een goede vertaling naar de uitvoering.
  • Knelpunten signaleren, processen verbeteren en zorgen dat vakkennis, certificeringen en kwaliteit binnen de afdeling op niveau blijven.

Wat neem je mee

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek, installatietechniek of beveiligingstechniek.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring met brandmeldinstallaties, ontruimingsalarminstallaties of brandveiligheid.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden en aansturen van technische installatieprojecten.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of projectverantwoordelijke functie binnen techniek, installatie, beveiliging of brandveiligheid.
  • Goede kennis van relevante normen, wet- en regelgeving en certificeringen binnen BMI-OAI.
  • Kennis van of ervaring als Projecteringsdeskundige BMI-OAI is een sterke pré.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen.

Als Projectmanager Brandmeldinstallaties (BMI-OAI) krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om een afdeling verder te ontwikkelen binnen een organisatie waar techniek en vakmanschap centraal staan. Je werkt samen met specialisten die veel kennis van hun vak hebben en die kennis graag delen.
