Bij PBT werk je aan techniek die ertoe doet. Als specialist in beveiligingstechniek, brandveiligheid en telecom realiseren en onderhouden we oplossingen die bijdragen aan een veilige en betrouwbare omgeving voor onze klanten. Om onze groeiambities te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een Talent Sourcer die helpt bij het vinden, benaderen en verbinden van technisch talent. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, bouwt actief aan talentpools en speelt een belangrijke rol in het creëren van een structurele instroom van kandidaten voor onze organisatie.

Wat wij je bieden

  • Een parttime functie van 2 tot 3 dagen per week.
  • Veel vrijheid om je eigen sourcingactiviteiten vorm te geven.
  • Begeleiding en ondersteuning vanuit de Recruitment Business Partner.
  • Werken met een professioneel Applicant Tracking System (ATS) en moderne recruitmenttools.
  • De mogelijkheid om te leren werken met talentpools, candidate journeys en recruitmentfunnels.
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden via PBT en de VDK Academy.
  • Werken binnen een betrokken familiebedrijf dat onderdeel is van VDK Groep.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via LinkedIn en andere relevante sourcingkanalen.
  • Opstellen en versturen van persoonlijke en wervende berichten.
  • Contact leggen met potentiële kandidaten en hun interesse peilen.
  • Eerste kennismakingsgesprekken voeren en talent in kaart brengen.
  • Talentpools opbouwen, beheren en uitbreiden binnen het ATS.
  • Kandidaten opvolgen en recruitmentfunnels monitoren om inzicht te krijgen in resultaten en conversies.
  • Geschikte kandidaten aandragen voor actuele én toekomstige vacatures binnen PBT.

Als Talent Sourcer leer je hoe je talent niet alleen vindt, maar ook structureel aan een organisatie verbindt. Je werkt met professionele recruitmentsoftware, bouwt waardevolle netwerken op en draagt direct bij aan de groei van onze organisatie.

Wat neem je mee

  • Interesse in recruitment, sourcing of arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
  • Een proactieve houding en plezier in het benaderen van mensen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Nieuwsgierigheid naar technische functies en doelgroepen.
  • Zelfstandigheid, doorzettingsvermogen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Ervaring als recruiter, sourcer, intercedent of HR-professional is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
