Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountmanager Databekabeling ben je het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospects. Je onderhoudt bestaande relaties, bouwt nieuwe klantrelaties op en vertaalt technische klantvragen naar passende oplossingen.

Je bent betrokken van het eerste klantcontact tot de overdracht van een opdracht naar de uitvoering.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Actief benaderen van nieuwe en bestaande zakelijke klanten
  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties
  • Bezoeken van klanten en adviseren over oplossingen binnen de communicatietechniek
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten
  • Opstellen, uitbrengen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Vertalen van klantvragen naar een passende technische oplossing
  • Zorgvuldig overdragen van verkochte opdrachten aan de uitvoerende afdeling

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verkoop, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Daardoor weet je wat er bij de klant is afgesproken en zorg je ervoor dat een opdracht goed wordt overgedragen.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent niet alleen bezig met het binnenhalen van opdrachten, maar denkt ook actief mee over de ontwikkeling van klanten, producten en diensten.

Wat neem je mee?

Je bent commercieel sterk, maar hebt ook interesse in techniek. Je vindt het leuk om met klanten te praten over hun vraagstuk en kunt technische oplossingen begrijpelijk uitleggen.

Dit neem je mee:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of commerciële richting
  • Ervaring met de verkoop van technische producten, diensten of oplossingen
  • Affiniteit met communicatietechniek, elektrotechniek, databekabeling of vergelijkbare techniek
  • Een service-, oplossings- en resultaatgerichte instelling
  • Sterke communicatieve, sociale en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en ziet commerciële kansen
