Administratief Medewerker Service | Moordrecht | 32-40 uur

Hou jij overzicht als het druk wordt en vind je het leuk om administratie te combineren met contact met mensen? Als Administratief Medewerker Service bij Frimex zorg jij dat gegevens kloppen, vragen worden opgepakt en onze monteurs en klanten verder kunnen.

Een monteur mist informatie, jij ziet een afwijking in de administratie of een klant heeft een vraag die uitgezocht moet worden. Precies die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt verschillende teams binnen Frimex Service vanuit onze vestiging in Moordrecht. Onze monteurs zijn dagelijks door heel Nederland onderweg en jij helpt achter de schermen om alles goed te laten verlopen.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • Administratieve gegevens en documentatie verwerken en controleren.
  • Afwijkingen in data signaleren en uitzoeken waar het verschil vandaan komt.
  • Vragen van monteurs, klanten en collega's beantwoorden.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Openstaande acties bewaken en zorgen dat afspraken worden opgevolgd.
  • Collega's en andere serviceteams ondersteunen wanneer het druk is.
  • Meedenken over hoe administratieve processen slimmer kunnen.

Dit is geen baan waarin je acht uur per dag dezelfde administratie verwerkt. Je schakelt veel, stelt prioriteiten en pakt gewoon de telefoon als dat sneller werkt.

Wat neem je mee?

We zoeken vooral iemand die administratie, mensen en overzicht goed weet te combineren.

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring in een administratief ondersteunende functie.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met administratieve systemen.
  • Oog voor cijfers en data: als iets niet klopt, valt het jou op.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende mensen.
  • Je blijft rustig en kunt prioriteiten stellen wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt.

Ervaring binnen techniek of service is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. Belangrijker is dat je snel dingen oppakt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samenwerkt.

Werken bij Frimex
