Du kennst dich mit Heizungsanlagen aus, arbeitest gern als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) eigenverantwortlich und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und Kundinnen? Dann bist du bei STORM genau richtig.

Wir suchen Verstärkung für unseren Kundendienst im Bereich Heizungswartung und Feuerungstechnik. Bei uns erwartet dich kein anonymer Großkonzern, sondern ein eingespieltes Team, das Technik lebt, sich gegenseitig unterstützt und langfristig zusammenarbeitet.

Deine Aufgaben als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d)

  • Wartung, Inspektion und Service von Öl- und Gasheizungsanlagen
  • Fehlersuche, Störungsbeseitigung und Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Kundendiensteinsätze bei Privat-, Gewerbe- und Industriekunden und -kundinnen sowie in öffentlichen Einrichtungen
  • Beratung unserer Kunden & Kundinnen zum sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb ihrer Heizungsanlagen
  • Optional: Wartung und Service von BHKW- und Energieanlagen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK, Anlagenmechatroniker:in, Elektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst sowie in der Wartung, dem Service oder der Instandhaltung von Heizungs- bzw. Feuerungsanlagen (Öl & Gas)
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen und ein kollegialer Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B
