Wat ga je doen

Als Assistent Service Coördinator Beveiligingstechniek zorg je dat service en planning efficiënt verlopen.

  • Coördineren en prioriteren van storingsmeldingen
  • Inplannen van monteurs voor storingen en reparaties
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over planning en voortgang
  • Verwerken van werkbonnen, uren en materialen voor facturatie
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, service en klanttevredenheid
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeteren van processen

Wat neem je mee

  • Een mbo-4 diploma in elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Ervaring op een serviceafdeling is een pré
  • Affiniteit met beveiligingstechniek
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendigheid, flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid
  • Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om overzicht te houden
