Wil jij niet jarenlang aan hetzelfde project tekenen, maar juist veel verschillende projecten voorbij zien komen? Als BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek & Verlichting bij Frimex werk je aan winkels en hospitalitylocaties van bekende namen als Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Pearle.

Je vertaalt elektrotechnische ontwerpen en verlichtingsplannen naar modellen waar de uitvoering buiten écht mee verder kan. Daardoor zie je snel wat er met jouw werk gebeurt.

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen het projectteam werk je samen met engineers, projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders. Jij zorgt dat elektrotechnische installaties en verlichting technisch goed en nauwkeurig worden uitgewerkt.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • Elektrotechnische installaties en verlichtingsplannen modelleren.
  • Ontwerpen uitwerken in Revit, Stabicad en AutoCAD.
  • BIM-modellen en DWG-tekeningen controleren en actueel houden.
  • Technische informatie verwerken in duidelijke en uitvoerbare modellen.
  • Afstemmen met engineers, projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders.
  • Meedenken wanneer je ziet dat een ontwerp slimmer of praktischer kan.

Wat neem je mee?

Je hoeft van ons niet ieder softwarepakket tot in de puntjes te beheersen. We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met nauwkeurig modelleerwerk.

  • Een technische opleiding op mbo 4- of hbo-niveau.
  • Bij voorkeur een achtergrond in elektrotechniek of installatietechniek.
  • Ervaring met modelleren binnen een BIM-omgeving.
  • Kennis van Revit, Stabicad en/of AutoCAD.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en denkt graag mee over technische oplossingen.

Werk je nu bijvoorbeeld als BIM Modelleur, CAD Tekenaar, Technisch Tekenaar of Junior Engineer Elektrotechniek en wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen in BIM? Ook dan komen we graag met je in contact.

Werken bij Frimex

Bij Frimex werk je niet aan één type gebouw of jarenlang aan hetzelfde project. Onze projecten binnen retail en hospitality volgen elkaar relatief snel op. De ene keer werk je aan een nieuwe winkel, de volgende keer aan een verbouwing of aanpassing van een bestaande locatie.

Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en vooral heel concreet: jouw modellen verdwijnen niet ergens in een digitaal archief, maar worden gebruikt door de collega's die het buiten moeten maken.

Frimex telt inmiddels ruim 350 collega's en is actief binnen elektrotechniek, koeltechniek, klimaattechniek en grootkeukentechniek. De sfeer is nuchter en informeel. Engineers, modelleurs, projectleiders en uitvoering zitten dicht op elkaar, waardoor je makkelijk kunt overleggen en snel beslissingen kunt nemen.

Wil je beter worden in Revit of Stabicad, meer richting engineering groeien of juist breder worden binnen elektrotechniek? Daar krijg je bij Frimex de ruimte voor. We investeren veel in ontwikkeling en beschikken in Moordrecht over eigen moderne opleidingsfaciliteiten.
