Bij de Van Dam Groep werken we aan uitdagende projecten, zoals de nieuwbouw van kantoorpanden, duurzame woningen en appartementen, theaters, zwembaden of de transformatie of verduurzaming van een bestaand pand. Kom dan als calculator / ontwerper de afdeling planvoorbereiding versterken!

Wat ga je doen als calculator / ontwerper?

In deze zelfstandige rol ben je (mede) verantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming van onze ontwerpen en prijsvorming. Jij maakt technische ontwerpen, berekent de benodigde materialen en middelen en vraagt hiervoor offertes op. Jij berekent de uiteindelijke kostprijs van de gekozen installatietechniek en het loodgieterswerk binnen een project.

Je baseert je berekeningen op de aanwezige documenten zoals bestek, werkomschrijving of PVE. Echter bij veel projecten zijn we al vanaf de conceptfase betrokken waardoor je als calculator / ontwerper meedenkt met de te kiezen installatieconcepten en bijbehorende prijsvorming. Jij weet als geen ander wat er nodig is aan materialen, middelen en tijd om deze projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou als calculator/ontwerper?

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Een afgeronde opleiding installatietechniek of werktuigbouwkunde is een pré;
  • Je hebt werkervaring binnen de installatietechniek;
  • Je bent praktisch, analytisch en bovenal leergierig.
