The posting

Ben jij een ervaren koelmonteur die graag de leiding pakt? Als Chef Monteur Koeltechniek bij Frimex stuur je jouw collega's aan op projecten voor bekende namen als Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Holland Casino. Je werkt aan projecten van gemiddeld één tot vier weken. Lekker afwisselend dus: nieuw project, nieuw team, nieuwe technische uitdaging.

Je bent zelf technisch sterk, maar hoeft niet meer de hele dag met je gereedschap in je handen te staan. Jij zorgt vooral dat het werk buiten goed loopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Op locatie ben jij degene die het overzicht houdt. Je weet wat er moet gebeuren, verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat jouw monteurs verder kunnen. Ondertussen schakel je met de projectleiding over planning, materiaal en voortgang.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • Koeltechnische projecten op locatie coördineren.
  • Monteurs aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren.
  • De dagelijkse planning maken en bewaken.
  • Zorgen dat materiaal en materieel op tijd beschikbaar zijn.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang bewaken.
  • Afstemmen met projectleiding, leveranciers en andere partijen op locatie.
  • Zorgen dat het project netjes en op tijd wordt opgeleverd.

Onze projecten duren gemiddeld één tot vier weken. Je zit dus niet maandenlang op dezelfde bouwplaats en ziet snel het resultaat van wat jij met jouw team hebt neergezet.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een mbo 3-diploma richting Koude Techniek.
  • Ervaring binnen de koeltechniek.
  • Een F-gassen- en/of CO₂-certificaat.
  • Rijbewijs B.
  • Je kunt collega's meenemen, houdt overzicht en communiceert makkelijk.

Werken bij Frimex
