Als Leidinggevend Monteur Elektrotechniek ben jij de drijvende kracht op onze projectlocaties. Je combineert vakmanschap met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat elektrotechnische installaties veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Samen met monteurs, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers werk je aan succesvolle projecten waarbij kwaliteit altijd voorop staat.

Wat ga je doen

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs op locatie
  • Installeren, testen en in bedrijf stellen van elektrotechnische installaties
  • Plannen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van projecten
  • Afstemmen met projectleiders, collega's en opdrachtgevers
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische uitdagingen op locatie
  • Zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering volgens tekeningen en specificaties

Wat neem je mee

  • Een mbo 3 of 4 opleiding Elektrotechniek
  • Werkervaring als monteur of chefmonteur
  • Technische kennis van elektrotechnische installaties en energiesystemen
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en een collegiale houding

Benschop Installatietechniek en de VDK Groep

Benschop Installatietechniek is al ruim 75 jaar een betrouwbare totaalinstallateur binnen de elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkunde. Wij zijn specialist in alle takken van elektrotechniek, als ook in het ontwerpen, de aanleg en het onderhoud van energiesystemen en KNX-systemen.

Met een goed op elkaar ingespeeld team van vakkundige medewerkers realiseren wij grote installatieprojecten voor de utiliteitsbouw en woonhuizen van advies tot oplevering. Binnen zo'n totaalproject kunnen diverse systemen naar wens van de klant gecombineerd worden.

Ons bedrijf is onderdeel van de snelgroeiende VDK Groep, maar opereren met een eigen identiteit en cultuur.
