Wat je gaat doen

Als Eerste Elektromonteur werk je zelfstandig én samen met collega’s aan uiteenlopende utiliteitsprojecten.

Je verdeelt het werk binnen het team, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig, netjes en volgens planning worden opgeleverd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Monteren en installeren van elektrotechnische installaties.
  • In bedrijf stellen van installaties.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van (leerling)monteurs.
  • Lezen van technische tekeningen en schema’s.
  • Oplossen van technische vraagstukken op locatie.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Je werkt voornamelijk in de regio rondom Veendam en bent zelden langer dan een halfuur onderweg.

Wat neem je mee

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek niveau 4.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de utiliteitsbouw.
  • Technisch inzicht en een zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Leidinggevende kwaliteiten.
  • Een VCA-VOL certificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen.
  • Rijbewijs B.

Waar ga je het doen

D&W Elektrotechniek combineert de kracht van een modern installatiebedrijf met de sfeer van een echt familiebedrijf. Het teamgevoel is sterk en collega’s blijven vaak jarenlang werken bij D&W.

Er is veel vrijheid in je werk. Je hoeft in de meeste gevallen niet eerst naar de zaak en kunt direct vanuit huis naar het project vertrekken.

Daarnaast luisteren we naar onze monteurs. Via monteursoverleggen worden ideeën en verbeterpunten besproken en ook daadwerkelijk doorgevoerd. Denk aan keuzes in gereedschap, werkwijze en praktische zaken op de werkvloer.

Samen werk je aan mooie utiliteitsprojecten in de regio, waarbij kwaliteit, vakmanschap en samenwerken centraal staan.
