Als Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) bist du Sparringspartner für unsere VDK Handwerksbetriebe und unterstützt die Geschäftsführungen bei wichtigen Entscheidungen. Du verbindest Zahlenverständnis mit unternehmerischem Denken und hilfst dabei, Strukturen und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben als Finance Business Partner (m/w/d)

  • Betreuung unserer VDK Handwerksbetriebe als Finance Business Partner direkt vor Ort
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen, Reports und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführungen bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Monatsabschlüssen (nach HGB)
  • Optimierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Begleitung der Integration neuer Unternehmen in die VDK Gruppe
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung in der Planung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Controlling, Accounting, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Unternehmensberatung (Transaction, DD)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Finanzkennzahlen und Freude an Analysen
  • Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge und Geschäftsmodelle
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Handwerksbetrieben
  • Reisebereitschaft zu unseren VDK Betrieben
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
