Klaver Technisch Bedrijf verzorgt totaaloplossingen voor elektrotechnische systemen. Als elektrotechnisch specialist willen wij graag de beste zijn in ons vakgebied en houden we van aanpakken. Met een jong en dynamisch team zetten we er daarom elke dag onze schouders onder om zelfstandig en in teamverband de klus te klaren. Door uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, projecten en technieken is bij ons geen dag hetzelfde.

Wil jij als Financieel Projectadministrateur onderdeel zijn van dit ambitieuze team?

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ondersteun je de financiële administratie, houd je overzicht op de projectadministratie en vervul je een centrale rol binnen het wagenparkbeheer.

  • Je ondersteunt de financiële administratie in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt de financiële projectadministratie bij en houdt deze goed op orde.
  • Je analyseert projectgegevens en signaleert opvallende verschillen of aandachtspunten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de maandafsluiting.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor vragen over het wagenpark, beheert de administratie rondom het wagenpark, bestaande uit ongeveer 100 auto’s.
  • Je werkt mee aan analyses en rapportages, zowel ad-hoc als tijdens de maand- en jaarcyclus.

Wat heb je hiervoor nodig?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in administratieve/financiële richting met minimaal 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring, of je bent een hbo starter met een administratieve of financiële opleiding.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kunt goed overweg met Excel en administratieve systemen.
  • Kennis van projectadministratie is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met wagenparkbeheer of wagenparkadministratie is een pré.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen.
